Glen Fishman, CEO - Mr. Fishman started his Real Estate career in 1987, quickly becoming a partner in A&F Realty. In 1989, Mr. Fishman formed First New Jersey Real Property Management (FNJRPM) to address private Investment and Institutions during the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) Days. FNJRPM quickly became one of the largest tax lien foreclosure and bank appointed receiver in the State of New Jersey. In 2000, Mr. Fishman led the team to acquire and redevelop the Asbury Park beachfront. Mr. Fishman is a managing partner in the entity Asbury Partners, LLC. This entity has been named the Master Developer of Asbury’s 1.5 miles of beachfront property.

Since 2005 Mr. Fishman has been CEO of P&F Management Company, LLC (P&F). P&F is a joint venture with Plainfield Asset Management, LLC (PFAM), a $4 billion hedge fund based in Greenwich, Connecticut. P&F currently owns, operates and constructs $250 million of real property. P&F is an umbrella organization managing many different entities under its auspices. Maplewood Home Builders, LLC, one of the many entities under P&F, consists of ten residential homebuilding entities acquired from KARA Home Builders. Additionally, Glen is a managing partner in Dornoch Rahway, LP, which manages several entities including Dornoch Rahway 1, LP and Dornoch Rahway 2, LP. Glen also is a managing partner in Hillside Office Park, LLC, P&F Jasper, LLC and P&F Joyce Kilmer, LLC, to name a few more of the entities located under the P&F umbrella.
